This site includes information about the BMPFast software, the software help pages with information about the capabilities of the software, and documentation about the calculations and documents used to develop BMPFast.

Download BMPFast – Download the latest version. Previous software key codes will work with this version. Installation instructions are also included.
Documentation – Additional documentation about Best Management Practices (BMPs) and the rules and regulations that guide the BMPFast software is available in the documentation. This includes the applicants’ handbooks from all permitting agencies.
About BMPFast – Information about this software and the history of the software is available here. There is also information about the training and verification process that you receive access to with the purchase of your software key.
Important to Know
The BMPFast software was developed by the same team that developed BMPTrains. BMPFast was developed to ensure continuity in the availability of software to assist in the analysis of BMPs and to meet the requirements for permitting, as these requirements change. The downloadable version of the software is a limited version. To unlock the full capability of the software, the purchase of a software key is necessary. This cost is used to maintain the software and ensure it remains current with existing requirements. The purchase of the software key also provides;
