What is BMPFast?
BMPFast is a professional stormwater management software tool designed to streamline the analysis and design of Best Management Practices (BMPs). It supports calculations required for Environmental Resource Permit applications and Basin Management Action Plans across Florida.
The software was developed by the faculty team and incorporates input from professionals representing local and state government agencies as well as academic and consulting areas. It is in agreement with State laws on the distribution of intellectual property, and reflects current practice related to applicant handbooks, research, and regulatory decisions made through 2025.

Each participant has the opportunity to earn a professional certificate after completing the training and assessment.
